I’m quite interested in the property I just viewed through the Rently system. It was incredibly easy to access the unit at the time I had available. Once I received the code I got into the property and was able to thoroughly see if it was right for me. I actually liked looking on my own without a realtor, knowing that if I had questions there was phone number to call. Highly recommended!
Rently.com allowed us to walk through multiple houses at our own pace without worrying about an agent’s schedule (or sales pitch). We could be totally candid with each other and leave when we were ready. No pressure, super easy to use! Thanks!

The self showing system provides a win-win situation allowing prospective tenants the flexibility to tour a home on their time and at their pace while allowing our Property Mangers to work on other tasks since their time is not spent showing homes. Prospective tenants data is captured as well for follow up and reporting metrics.
An added bonus is allowing vendors access to a vacant home to perform make ready repairs without a team member having to be onsite to let them in.

This is one of the most powerful tools I’ve ever used for my business. My company covers three counties and I have a hour commute to and from home, my office and some of the properties that I manage. It has allowed me to take on more properties than I have ever taken on to find tenants for without ever showing a property. My clients are thrilled with the fact that there properties are available to be viewed 12 hours a day, 7 days a week allowing more exposure and a quicker turnaround of their property while reducing their downtime and reducing their costs. I’m also thrilled about the fact that it has increased productivity of my office staff now that they are not running out to show properties. I’ll never go back to doing business they way I did before…….these electronic lockboxes are a god sent. Way to go Rently!
