Fundrise Benefits from Rently’s Smart Home Technology

Fundrise, a direct investor alternative asset manager, began their relationship with Rently by implementing the Self-Guided Tour solution and soon after incorporated Rently’s Smart Home technology. With Smart Home, Fundrise’s property managers and residents have the peace-of-mind and transparency of knowing:

This is possible through Rently smart locks and their ability to generate unique, one-time codes that can be used to facilitate entrance into a unit by maintenance workers, dog walkers, visitors, and many more.

In an interview at the 2023 Rently Summit, Jose Ortega, Senior Associate of Fundrise, stated that, “with rising delinquency and rental fraud being an issue, I think that there is a need to make sure that we’re bringing the right people into our properties.”
