Every tour scheduled through Rently will now create guest cards in AppFolio, including prospect and appointment details. This works for both self-guided tours and agent-led tours, and even marks the event as completed once the tour is done.
External ILS Syndication Guest Card Integration
Leads generated from syndicated listings on Zillow, Apartments.com, Rent. and Zumper are automatically converted as lead guest cards in AppFolio ensuring every lead is accurately captured and tracked.
Pre-Booking Guest Card Integration(External Tour Scheduler)
Tours scheduled through Rently’s Self-Guided Tour Scheduler on partner sites (Zillow, Apartments.com, and Rent.) seamlessly create corresponding guest cards in AppFolio.
Waitlist Guest Card Integration
Do you use the “waitlist” feature for any of your listings? We’ve got that covered too! When prospects join a waitlist for a unit in Rently, guest cards are automatically created in AppFolio.
