Event Description: Let’s connect at the CALNARPM 2025 CONFERENCE & TRADE SHOW in Huntington Beach, CA. Join Jake Erdman on April 17th from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. in room Harbor 1 for an interactive workshop called “Riding the Wave of Legal Action: Let’s Squash Squatting!”

This session will cover the current state of squatter rights in California and what actions property managers/owners can take to protect themselves, their properties, and their potential renters. This will be a very open discussion that invites audience participation, beginning with information and education before opening up to questions, hypotheticals, and opportunities for attendees to share their experiences.
