Our company has established a solid foundation over the years, characterized by stability and excellence. Clark Li and I founded Rently in 2011, back when our idea of letting people tour vacant homes on their own seemed far fetched. We take great pride seeing how self-guided tours are now industry standard.

Our leadership team, with an average tenure of eight years at the company, brings a wealth of experience and stability that is instrumental in guiding our organization into the future. On the hardware side, by developing and manufacturing devices like our hubs, locks, and access panels in house, we are able to maintain a firm control of our supply chain. This end-to-end control ensures that we are able to fulfill demand, and quickly iterate to meet evolving requirements.
While we continue to innovate, the security of our solutions remains a hallmark of our development philosophy. With our SOC 2 Type 1 & 2 certifications and our ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 certifications, our customers can rest assured that their data is secure.
Additionally, we invest more than one million dollars every year on engineering solutions to help our customers prevent rental fraud. Since early 2023, Rently clients have experienced a 27% reduction in reported scams when using our secure self-guided touring platform. While this reduction is significant, we continue to prioritize the development of cutting-edge security features to make our platform the most secure in the industry.
