Property Management Softwares (PMS) & Customer Relationship Managers (CRM)
Rently integrates with major property management software systems, including Yardi Voyager, Entrata, Appfolio, and Buildium. Additionally, we can integrate with custom systems using APIs and webhooks. Our integrations provide easy and concise reporting of self-tour activity in your communities.
Here’s how it works:
Property Pull: Rently “pulls” data about your model/available units from your property management software. Then, you can easily activate units for self-touring without having to re-enter unit details into our system.
Guest Card Sync: Rently sends guest card info for all self-guided tours to your property management software so that you can easily follow up with self-guided tour prospects in the same way you would with any in-person tour prospect. We will update the guest card throughout the entire leasing cycle — tour scheduling, completion, feedback, and lease signings — so you have a complete set of information about your leasing activity.
In addition to regular data synchronization for every four hours, the Rently Manager Portal has a manual sync button to pull data as needed.
These integrations ensure precise and reliable data transfer, minimizing errors and discrepancies in your records. With this data, Rently can also create reports for your onsite staff and ownership groups. This saves you time and makes all of your self-touring data readily available on all of your leasing activity platforms.
Lead Generation and Touring
In addition to our own internet listings site (ILS), Rently Listings, we syndicate our clients’ single-family listings to the top ILSs, including Zillow, Apartments.com, Zumper, and Trulia. This allows you to expand your reach with no extra effort—we handle all the property info for you! Combined with our PMS/CRM integrations, this ensures that renters can easily book tours and that you can track their progress.
Self-guided tours are easy to set up, and you have complete control of the times you want properties to be available to tour. Managers have the option to approve or deny individual self-tour requests, or to simply automate the bookings.
However, self-guided tours aren’t a replacement for agents, and offering multiple types of tours is a quick way to boost lead-to-lease conversions. Rently’s Agent Scheduler allows renters to book a tour directly on an agent’s calendar through our Google/Microsoft Calendar integrations.
On the hardware side, our latest integration with CodeBox allows clients to use their existing CodeBox digital lockboxes to enable self-guided tours with Rently. Clients also have the option to purchase or lease lockboxes directly from us. This gives customers full control of their self-showing device inventory without worrying about buying additional hardware.
