Rental fraud is on the rise – are you prepared to prevent rental scams?

The National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) recently conducted a survey that found 67.1% of respondents experienced unauthorized cohabitants, illegal subletting or other actions to evade application or the leasing process. Meanwhile, Snappt reports that the average cost per eviction is $7,685. Clearly, rental fraud is a rampant and costly problem. Are you and your team prepared to combat rental fraud?

Rently’s Security Webinar Series will educate real estate operators and property managers on how to be vigilant against and prevent scams.

In our first webinar of our Security Webinar Series, Know Your Prospective Renters, we’ll help you identify potential fraudsters earlier in the leasing process, starting at property search, and provide key tips to bring in more higher quality leads.
